What's for Dinner?

I figured this would be a fund thread. Just post what you had for dinner. Pics not required, but appreciated.

A local store was selling crawfish boil stuff so I got some. It was great. I love crawdads. The sausage was great.

I didnt get a pic but did a massive spaghetti with meatballs with meat sauce. I'm on a candied jalapeno kick and I over did it. Paying for it today, but they are amazing.

I did achiote chicken with Mexican rice and these weird bacon-wrapped jalapenos. I'm pretty sure they were coated in flaming hot Cheeto dust, but they were good.
